Rey Amaya

Rey’s professional career includes work in television development & production, events and new media marketing. It was his involvement as partner in Hangar 1018, a downtown LA gallery hosting modern urban art exhibits (think Cannibal Flower, Banksy, Shephard Fairey), that propelled him into the world of event production.

His team’s modest vision for Branching Out was to bring together an eclectic group of creative professionals eager to expand their social networks beyond their cozy and familiar circles. Couple that with exposure to new and niche LA venues and the group has grown to include loyal veterans and an ever-changing constellation of new faces.

Rey is a native Angeleno and calls Los Feliz home.
